The course focuses on digital products and practical application. It is less suited to physical-product development or an executive-level strategy overview. The public training is in English, and active collaboration is central to the experience. For an in-house team, we can discuss English or German delivery.
Short inputs give you the context. Practical work, conversation and reflection help you turn it into a skill. This is live learning, with room for your questions.
Frame the challenge, align on what you need to learn and explore the user perspective. Make assumptions visible before choosing a solution.
Generate alternative ideas, work together on a concept and create a low-fidelity prototype that helps you learn.
Plan a useful test, interpret feedback and decide what to do next. Reflect on how to bring the approach into your organization.
A group of up to 18 participants and two trainers creates space for practical exchange, questions and different perspectives.
We connect methods with actual organizational challenges, so your learning can travel back into your everyday work.
Work through the process with enough theory to understand why each step matters and enough practice to experience it.
