We partnered with Koa Health, a globally distributed mental health start-up across three continents, to define their core values and shape their identity. Through a two-day global gathering in Barcelona, we facilitated activities that brought their entire team together for the first time, igniting and embodying their shared values to strengthen their organizational culture.

Agile coaching

Bonial

At Bonial, Sabrina provides comprehensive support to the internal agile coaches team, assisting with both operational and conceptual tasks. The services include facilitating topics in collaboration with HR (People and Culture), such as the development of an engaging company principles card game, implementing GROW methodology for effective feedback and development dialogues, and co-designing and delivering an Agile Leadership Curriculum to enhance leadership capabilities and coaching leaders in agility.

Tasked with the challenge of uniting a fully remote executive team and cultivating actionable agreements to enhance collaboration, we collaborated closely with the Head of HR and a company Founder. Together, we crafted an agenda that provided the framework for candid discussions on sensitive subjects and the forging of consensus. From delving into personal insights and individual motivations to evaluating Alto Vita's Operating Principles we spent a transformative day fostering stronger teamwork and strategic clarity
